  • We handle all booking requests, including cancellations and modifications. We also help guests through the booking process if they have any questions.

  • We manage the calendar of your online listing, ensuring it is always up to date. That way guests and homeowners can see when the property is booked and when it is available.

  • We handle all guest communications, and enjoy doing it! Guests can have a lot of questions, and we always respond quickly and efficiently. Communicating with guests and homeowners is a top priority!

  • We schedule all cleanings with our cleaning partners as soon as a reservation is confirmed, so your place is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out.

  • If a repair is needed at your property, we will coordinate the repair with one of our staff or one of our handyman partners. We will always consult with the homeowner before making any large repairs.

supplies

Along with our cleaning partners, we will supply all linens, towels and sheets, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. You don't have to worry about stocking anything!

No contract

There’s no contract to work with us, so you can cancel at any time. Although we don’t think you’ll ever want to leave!

Responsible agent services

We will act as your responsible agent, which is required by Summit County. No headaches for you if guests are causing a ruckus, let that be our problem!
